- Use the building navigation sidebar to find information within the building.
- If the building has an assigned emergency schedule, you can click Activate or Deactivate from this page.
- Click on a space name to go to its space summary page.
Recent Alarm List
The Recent Alarm List displays the following details for the building's five most recent alarms:
- Priority - The priority level of the alarm.
- Date/Time - The date and time when the alarm first appeared in the system. As indicated by the time zone information, this is the building panel's local time, not the Tracer Ensemble user's local time if the building and user are in different time zones.
- Alarm Source - This equipment is producing the alarm. If the equipment is associated with a status page, you can click the link to go to the page.
- Alarm Details - A brief description of the actual alarm condition.
Spaces
The Spaces List displays the following details for the building's first 25 spaces:
- Name - The name of the space.
- Equipment Type - The type of equipment.
- Space Temperature - The actual temperature of the space.
- Active Setpoint - The currently selected setpoint of the controller.
- Variance - The degree difference calculated by subtracting from the Space Temperature either the Active Cooling Setpoint or the Active Heating Setpoint, not just the Active Setpoint. If space temp is above the active cooling setpoint, that setpoint is used for the calculation. If the space temp is below the active heating setpoint, the active heating setpoint is used for the calculation.
- Heat/Cool Mode - Indicates the equipment's mode: heat, cool, pre-cool, off, etc.
- If the building panel is a Tracer SC system controller, you can log in directly to the controller by clicking (
) in the page title then entering a valid user name and password for the Tracer SC controller. You can only do this if your Tracer Ensemble User ID is assigned to a role with permission for direct linking.
